Nose: The influence of the wine and sherry cask shine through but never overwhelming, vanilla and honey with some raisins and succulent dates, hints of Turkish delight and soft spices.
Palate: A more creamy start to the palate, some summer soft fruits like peach and apricots with a dash of soft sweet pepper, whipped fudge and almonds, soft pears and honey drizzle.
