Aged to 7 years in the cask at the closed distillery of Coleburn. This dram has been finished in ex-Madeira casks.
Nose: A very complex nose thats so tempting. From apple pie and vanilla to sweet cereal notes, some delicate truffle aromas with hints of polished leather, caramelised citrus peel with a creamy undertone.
Palate: Amazing rich with red fruits and hints of cinnamon, a subtle tangy note is livened by a soft sweet yet rich smoked oak, a little spice glides into play before we find a honey and ginger note, warming and deeply satisfying.
