Nose: Sweet melon and hints of wet oak, more woody notes like drift wood, creamy salty aromas carry through the nose including, apples and truffles, lemon and soft lime notes, some stem ginger and mild herbal notes.

Palate: Soft brine notes, tangy citrus with hints of lemon and grapes with a touch of toasted oak, some light banana and honey drizzle, shortbread with a touch of coconut flakes with a little hint of lemon meringue and sour candy, soft sweet smoke adding a nice tone across the mid and late palate, some crispy apple and ginger adding more vibrancy to this rather tempting dram.
