Nose: A lusciously rich nose with a little zing to lift this drams aroma, peaches and cream with a dash of sweet peppers and golden honey. Some candyfloss and hints of warm hay and lemongrass.
Palate: Warming sweet and smooth on the front with a floral herbal taste, fresh whipped cream and lemon cheesecake, crushed almonds with a oily texture in the mid palate of pears and peaches, more citrus and sharp but sweet notes like aniseed.
A complex dram that will open in its own time and keep going long after others have left the building.
