Nose: A big bold fruity nose. Some dried spices with a touch of lemon drizzle cake and golden honey, mango peel and apricot, some rich creamy vanilla and spiced oak notes. Adding a drop of water should you need it will give a slight oily fruity note, hints of brambles and light golden sugar.
Palate: Soft vanilla to the fore then a sweet spice and candied orange with a hint of soft cream. More fruits come into play as this dram opens in the glass with ease with or with- out water. Lemon, Strawberry, mango and dates mix well but none overwhelming the other with this superb smooth yet full bodied rum
