Nose: Toasted oak, cookie dough with milk chocolate buttons, caramel wafers with a tangy spiced fruit, nice organic notes, mushrooms and spices, hints of smoked toffee, polished leather and sesame seed snaps.
Palate: Vanilla and toasted waffles, honey and a soft caramel slip across the palate, some soft sweet smoke comes into play, candied orange peel, some ginger, and toffee, a touch of soft pepper, a lot of great tastes in this bourbon that grab the palates attention, lingering and rich to the end.
