Palate: Vanilla and toasted waffles, honey and a soft caramel slip across the palate, some soft sweet smoke comes into play, candied orange peel, some ginger, and toffee, a touch of soft pepper, a lot of great tastes in this bourbon that grab the palates attention, lingering and rich to the end.
