Palate: Intense and rich with more of the peppery notes from the nose on the palate, creamy vanilla and candied citrus peel, warm fruitcake and soft brown sugar, some cut oak sappy notes really add to the rich complexity of this whiskey, the finish is an ongoing mix of smooth creamy flavours, soft spices and ripe dark red fruits
