Nose: Light citrus notes to start that build up to some rich notes of Grapefruit, apricots, some mango and subtle pear, with a little tangy spice this is a very interesting aperitif.
Palate: Some sweet fruits opening the palate alongside a soft bitter note, citrus and tangy spiced candy, with the repeated notes from the nose on the palate this is showing a great balance, with a little mineral note in the finish alongside golden fruits to round it off perfectly.
