Nose: French patisserie with a rich warm baked fruit cake with dried apricots and hints of orange and spice, some floral heathery notes and a subtle sweet pepper.   

Palate: Fresh cut Pears and spiced apple with a very subtle peppery note, glazed teacakes, some whipped butter cream with a hint of springtime honey, fresh cut spring grass and cut oak, cereal, toasted oak and hints of late foam.
