Nose: Rich and very creamy from the start, with farm churned butter caramel and ripe sweet green apples. Some rich sherry cask interplay on the nose and so much more. 
Palate: Dried fruit and pepper open the palate, lots to pick through as this dram is rather enjoyable from the start, apple and cream, hints of cocoa seem to be breaking through at times, long lingering and sweet fruits that open to become more akin to dried fruits, soft sweet spice and a deliciously rounded nutty edge.
This is one of those drams we all need.
