Distillery Tasting Notes.
Nose: Toffee, sweet raisin, orange, ground ginger, fresh oak, cinnamon, savoury.
Palate: Oak spice, lively ginger, cinnamon, liquorice with raisin.
Finish: Initially dry leading to a rich finish.

Nose: Tangy with a rich dry orange oil, some cinnamon rolls and hints of soft spices, honey and ginger with a touch of sweet peppers.
Palate: A big mouth feel of sweet spices, candied orange, hints of sweet paprika, dark fruits with a rich almost delicate creamy note as the dram rests on the palate, definitely has a drying sensation on the palate for a moment or two, adding a drop of water pushes the palate right open, or let it open then this dram takes on hints of dark fruit cake, some dried strawberries and whipped coffee foam.
