Nose: Rich and fruity, some hints of red currant and grapes, soft baked chocolate cookies, sultana and rich vanilla, some caramel brittle and soft aromas of poached peach with a hint of cinnamon.
Palate: More of the richness on the nose follows across the palate, the sherry casks add a superb rich dark fruit to the palate, sultana and dates, Turkish delight, milk chocolate, honey and a little soft ginger add a nice soft spice to the mid palate, with a luxurious and long smooth finish.
