Palate: More of the richness on the nose follows across the palate, the sherry casks add a superb rich dark fruit to the palate, sultana and dates, Turkish delight, milk chocolate, honey and a little soft ginger add a nice soft spice to the mid palate, with a luxurious and long smooth finish.
