Nose: Orchard fruits and a summer sea breeze start off the nose, some fresh cut autumn grasses spiced peach and truffle.
Palate: Much more smoke and peat than first expected from the nose, tangy spiced fruit and cracked pepper corns with sea salt and peanuts, vanilla honey and candied orange peel.
Finish: Classic hints of warming sweet peat smoke and charred wood with some leather notes, this dram lingers nicely.
