Bottled by Single Malts of Scotland this Longmorn was distilled in 1997 Bottled at 22 Years old with a limited edition of 240 bottles.
Nose: This is like walking into a fruit store, delicious citrus and delicate summer fruits are flowing out of the nose. Some more robust spices are coming through a sure sign this is a quality dram from Longmorn.
Palate: A mix between a soft sweet and spice element hit the front of the palate. A clean smooth fruity richness takes charge with a nicely balanced build into some lemon citrus notes, vanilla and ginger spice with hints of soft baked sponge cake, apple tart with a dusting of cinnamon, more citrus arrives to take us to a long and delightfully lingering finish.
A classic Longmorn with a perfectly rounded palate.
