Nose: Some soft fruity notes flow from the glass as this dram waits to be savoured, with red apple skins, toasted oak and a little dried spice, hints of strawberry and subtle toffee notes.
Palate: The strawberry notes on the nose arrive nicely on the palate, some red velvet and soft chocolate muffin notes, with a little soft spice and golden honeycomb, Parma violets, toasted marshmallow, and a little sweet edge of barley sugar twist.
