Nose: Fruity with apple-berries, plums, sweet oak toasted muffins and farmhouse butter, candied orange peel, some black cracked pepper, sweet and gentle spices, a tangy note fills the aroma with a little more citrus and a hint of vanilla. 

Palate: Smooth, soft and light with fruity notes, soft gentle vanilla start to open the front of the palate then a building rich spice, apples and berries mirror the nose perfectly, a lingering rich fruity tone across the mid to late palate, As we head into the  finish some rich vanilla returns to usher in a spiced tangy finish.
