Matured in ex-bourbon casks then moved into cask from the Koval distillery in Chicago Illinois

Nose: Succulent sweet fruits, Banana loaf and a dash of toffee, soft vanilla and honey notes add to the smooth notes on the nose so perfectly. Some summer fruits arrive on the nose to lead his with ease into the sublime palate.

Palate: A gentle light creamy note comes to the front of the palate with a hint of chewy vanilla and fruit cake, citrus with lots of succulent summer fruits make this palate glide from one elegant moment to another, a soft vanilla and oak spice, shortbread and gentle honey notes.
A very elegant smooth dram that simply works on the palate.
