Nose: A rich mix of sherry cask aromas and sweet creamy citrus, malted fruit loaf and soft cinnamon with a touch of dark spices, fresh baked shortbread, some light pepper notes with a touch of peach and red berries.
Palate: Stewed fruity notes from the moment it hits the palate, red apples and sweet pears add to the richness of the palate, blueberry muffins, soft herbal notes, hints of leather and orange peel. A lingering smooth aftertaste as we reach a lingering finish of autumnal ripe fruits and a little hint of spiced apricot.
