Nose: Fresh baked caked and sweet apple turnover, red berries, some cinnamon and red fruit trifle, aromatic fruit cocktail, golden honey, some spiced cream and soft nutmeg.
Palate: Some tangy sweet spices at first tempt the palate, Toasted teacakes and soft farmhouse butter, some forest fruits and a touch of ruby chocolate, cinnamon croissants with blackberry jam. The finish is a more spice and tropical fruit tone with a little dryness, a nice hint of candied orange peel.
