Nose: Rich fruits, summer pudding with a delicate cherry and almond biscuit tone add to the nose of this deliciously balanced sherry cask matured single malt, some dried fruits and fresh baked apples with a dash of strawberry.
Palate: A deep thick smooth start to the palate as the dark fruits we expect from a good quality sherry cask, damson jam and pancakes, milk chocolate and damsons with a dusting of crushed dried strawberry, lots of rich fruit cake notes add to this drams amazing palate and lingering finish.
