Nose: Some sweet floral notes like orange and apple blossom's hints of soft baked brioche and honey glazed almonds, soft and sweet mango juice and a little hint of demerara sugar, a sweet spicy note with a little candied orange.
Palate: With a nice tangy opening on the palate its a refreshing start to this vintage, Red and Green Apples, toffee and all spice, before a sublime smooth creamy range takes over across the palate, with sugar almonds, whipped cream, fresh ground cocoa beans, toasted fruit cake, a sweet and tangy liquorice root, tropical fruits and a soft vanilla fudge.
