This single malt was matured in Ex-bourbon and Red wine casks bottled at 46% Vol
Nose: Soft white chocolate moose with fresh banana and hints of tropical fruits, a subtle spice unfolds to add a dash of sherry like richness.
Palate: A classic rich smooth and creamy palate, hints of rice pudding and strawberry jam, fresh baked cup cakes with a delicious run of soft fresh ginger to glide us to the finish
