Nose: Some forward smoke, hints of polished oak and old school leather bound books, some coastal notes, pebbles on the beach, fishing ropes, charred oak and a little smoked meat, some honeycomb crisp and a touch of salted caramel in the background of the aromas. 

Palate: Tangy smoke and spiced fruits, fresh baked soft gingerbread, some tropical fruits and BBQ embers, salted butter toffee, black peppers and a touch of mango, all spice and warming smoke add a richness to the whole palate.
