Palate: Some fruity notes with a soft apple and peach note, this dram soon pushes a big rush of burning wood and charcoal embers, some toasted grain, rich citrus notes and a final note in the finish of spices, smoke and peat with a tangy sea salt and cinnamon note to keep this dram growing long after its finished.
