Nose: Sweet aromas of rich citrus juice, candied lemon peel, the peat smoke has a fruity element, toasted fruit cake, some soft toffee and vanilla and sea salt.
Palate: Crisp orchard fruit’s opening the front of the palate, with a warming sweet spice, hints of salted caramel and more fruits, like pears and green apples continue the orchard fruit notes, oily and rich, dark dried fruits, some peat smoke starts to build through the mid and long lingering finish.
