Palate: The creamy notes arrive with a rich tangy orange and cream note, some damson, fig and chocolate, Some spiced orchard fruits add a great mid palate to this very enjoyable bourbon, with the additional flavours of Rye Spice, soft caramel and summer / tropical fruits, a little more soft citrus and vanilla in the finish.
