Nose: Hints of caramel and leather. Some dried spices and vanilla with a sweet and savoury interplay on the nose, a sweetness flows back and forth with the spices. tobacco, and seasoned oak round the nose off nicely.
Palate: Some classic bourbon notes of cinnamon and dark chocolate, savoury flavours roll across the palate as the dram opens up, with a tangy orange and spice, hints of lime and cashews alongside a dried fruit mix to give some great depth to the finish.
