Nose: Fresh aromatic bright notes of vanilla and soft fruits, some soft creamy caramel and honey roasted nuts. Fruits cake and dried apricots, some soft caramel and fudge all mingle so perfectly across the nose.

Palate: Milk chocolate and dates, soft chewy caramel and ripe banana, sweet spices and strawberry, fresh baked fruit cake and whipped cream, some sherry like notes of dark fruits come into play as we head into the rich finish of honey and ginger with some oak and vanilla donuts with a dusting of chocolate flakes.
