James E. Pepper 1776 Barrel Proof Rye / 57.3% / 70cl

Nose: Rich with a complex mix of nutty and fruity elements from the start, with some dark chocolate and soft pepper notes this Rye is showing signs of exceptional quality, some classic caramel notes and a little springtime floral aroma. 

Palate: A deliciously elegant range of flavours with a few twists and turns to keep you hooked. Creamy fruity flavours with a rich fresh churned soft fudge and sweet shop  caramel and honey, dry spices and pink pepper corns, charred oak staves, candied orange and soft sponge. 

With a peppery lingering finish this bourbon can take a drop or two of water with ease.
