That Boutique-y Whisky Company do it again with an outstanding Irish single malt but this one is a vintage that's hard to beat.
No distillery on the label but let's say this is going to be a taste we all love and recognise from the quality of the dram.
Nose: Is a tropical fruit sensation, crushed almonds peaches and apples, a creamy note is here and growing so much you can taste it before you drink it.
Soft chewy caramel and all spice, apples and pears tangy citrus and spices are delivering constantly on the nose alone so what will it taste like?
Palate: Easily one of those drams you don't want to rush that's for sure. Some whipped cream and citrus drizzle give a lively pale preview of some ripe autumn fruits.
Springtime floral edges come into play here that contrast a great mix of autumnal fruits.
Finally we add in a glaze spiced cinnamon bun with strawberry jam and cream just to give us extra depth to the palate as we head to a great lingering finish.
Soft fruity and very elegant, sweet oak and red berries and citrus. Something very satisfying happens on the palate with this great aged Irish whiskey
