Palate: The palate is a taste journey on the smooth very rich and a little more enticing than even those nose suggested.
Mouth coating creamy vanilla and delicate spices, blackcurrant jam and clotted Cornish cream, toasted fruit tea cakes with dried apricots and orange peel zest, lemon meringue pie and soft runny toffee sauce lead to some dark autumnal fruits that keep this palate flowing right to the rich creamy finish.
