Nose: Sweet and delicate confectionary aromas, some light golden fruits, soft spices and tangy rhubarb and ginger snaps, warm toasted fruit buns and farmhouse butter.

Palate: Citrus fruits and mellow spices opening the palate with some quince and melba toast, candied lemon peel and vanilla pod give a great mid palate, with a rich golden honey and subtle pears, some whipped cream and soft banana milkshake foam, with a nice balance on the finish.
