Nose: Classic rum notes on the nose, some warming tangy sweet spices, sugar and cream layers, golden chewy toffee and a subtle soft mint like freshness.
Palate: Toasted fruit cake, some orange and lemon, vanilla and spiced oak liven up the palate, soft Demerara sugar notes and creamed toffee. The finish is nicely balanced with delicate, warm, sugarcane sweetness, with pronounced vanilla notes, a little bit of spice and a hint of sweet oak and creamy notes.
