Matured in Oak with a finishing in Sauternes casks to deliver a great combination across the nose and palate of rich fruits like Apricots and honey.
Nose: A very tempting aroma of soft fruits, some subtle cherry blossom and rich golden honey, some darker fruits like dates and fig.
Palate: Sweet and smooth opening on the palate, indeed this is going down so well you might need to put the glass down a moment or three, Orange cream and more honey, soft vanilla and dried fruits with a little delicate spice, a final flourish of candied orange peel rounds this rum off perfectly.
