This single malt is the result of a collaboration between 3 whisky makers from the legendary distillery, Gordon Motion Master Whisky maker with 21 years’ experience, Max McFarlane Master whisky maker with 44 years’ experience, John Ramsay master whisky maker with 43 years’ experience.
Nose: Sweet with a hint of salted caramel and honey, some soft vanilla and sweet oak, hints of sea breeze and sweet spiced toffee. cut seaside grass, sweet citrus with a little softer caramel. Leather notes with a rich dark fruit from the sherry cask.
Palate: Some rich tangy citrus notes, some candied orange and soft salted caramel, some sweet smoke flows in and out across the palate, as this dram opens on the palate a soft sweet taste of damsons and dried strawberry.
