Matured in fresh fill sherry casks for the UK market
Nose Plumbs and chocolate with a sweet spiced oak note and honey coated oats. Delicate creamy notes of strawberries and trifle. A biggest rich tone comes in with a slightly sweet leather fruity note.
Palate: Much bigger than the nose indicated, dark chocolate orange cake biscuits, some sweet spice, cinnamon and almond. Sweet red grapes and a more subtle wet wood and soft fruity smoke.
