Nose: Rich and very balanced but notes of red berries and ruby chocolate, vanilla sweetness and cinnamon bark, smouldering wood and rich dark chocolate.
Palate: Starting off with a little light sweet smoke citrus with candied dried peel, vanilla pod. Soft spices building to a more rounded full sweet spicy notes, a long, lingering sweet finish of fruity spiciness, some toasted fruit cake and soft chewy fudge with a nicely balanced soft sweet smoke tone.
Let this breath in the glass to allow more flavours to flow.
