Highland Malt 11 Years Old The whisky Baron 55% Vol
Nose: Some light smooth fragrant aromas of soft summer fruits and vanilla opening the nose, as the dram rest in the glass a more complex note arrives, apple peel, over ripe banana and soft spices.
Palate: Some soft fruity spices, vanilla and soft baked sponge, whipped cream and a touch of peat and iodine come into the mix, with honey and soft ginger, a little refreshing citrus and tropical fruits, this dram has a little something for everyone.
The finish is a nice balance of tropical fruits and a little sweet spice with a touch of peat.
