Nose: Floral with hints of pine and spices, hint of rosemary, some fruits like lychee come into play as does a sandalwood and delicate honey notes, Rose, mature woodiness, sandalwood
Palate: As expected a balance across the whole palate comes into play with soft candies and caramel coated almonds with soft chocolate fudge and strawberry ice- cream.
A very enjoyable finish comes with fresh baked shortbread and a soft creamy honey note. Subtle, tender long finish, with hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak)
A nice smooth and balanced whisky to relax with.
