Hazelburn 10 Year Old 46% - 70cl Triple Distilled Bourbon Cask Matured. 

First produced in 1997, named after a long lost distillery in Campbeltown that once tutored a famous Japanese distiller in the art of whisky making. 

This single malt was triple distilled making it one of only 2 single malts at the time still being triple distilled, the owner of Springbank is very passionate about tradition and keeping the art of distillation alive in all its forms. 

Nose: Rich with a honey and vanilla note from the start, with a rich fruity mid aroma coming through, fresh baked apple pie and cream, some soft pears and a little hint of white chocolate sauce and soft chewy caramel and nougat. 

Palate: A sublime smooth and fruity opening on the palate, vanilla and soft creamy fudge, milk chocolate and glazed fruits, some toffee and a hint of shortbread. Honey and fresh baked shortbread shine through to the end.
