A fascinating aged rum from celebrated Jamaican producer Hampden Estate, this is the first expression from the maker to be fully matured in a sherry cask. The single pot still rum has been made using wild fermentation and was fully matured in the tropics, leading to a bouncy, pronounced rum with subtle rancio notes. The name ‘Pagos’ comes from the Spanish word for plots of vineyards in the Jerez area.
