Half and Half is a mix of 50% single malt from Speyside along with 50% sweet, Lowland grain from Girvan Distillery
Nose: Spring time cut grass with some sweet floral notes, rich vanilla and honey, warm baked brioche with a little lemon cream. 
Palate: A delicious sherbet lemon balances out the nose so perfectly, creamy chewy toffee fudge with a hint of crisp sweet toffee apple, some pine and spice add a depth towards the finish.
