It has spent its full seven years of maturation in an Oloroso sherry cask, giving it a vibrant fruity character. Bold yet balanced, it’s a fun dram and one that’s perfect for sharing.
Tasting note:
Nose: Fresh and lively, there are blackberry, cinnamon and citrus peels, backed by a subtly earthy nuttiness.
Palate: Like an apple crumble, the sweet, round palate brings in Rich Tea biscuits, apricots, nutmeg, and just a hint of coffee bean.
Finish: Medium length with the fruit drifting on.
