Nose: Sweet summer fruits from the opening of the nose, succulent peach and sweet mandarin, creamy with vanilla and soft new season honey. With more creamy notes from the cask. A freshness of soft mint.
Palate: Opening with a pleasantly creamy in taste, vanilla and whipped cream, some chocolate fudge, a clean fresh mid palate of citrus fruits, lightly roasted almonds, salted caramel with vanilla. 
As we head to the finish of this very drinkable dram we find a long aftertaste of vanilla and light citrus fruits.
