A lesser-spotted Speyside here, with an independently released Glentauchers! Usually reserved for blends, this floral single malt shines in an Amontillado cask. Càrn Mòr is the bottler behind this expression, which has been bottled without chill-filtration or added colour, as part of the Strictly Limited series
Nose: Like a bakery: almond croissants, raisins, cake mixture and nutmeg, with a dash of coconut and cut grass, too.
Palate: The palate is a little more floral, along with stone fruits, digestive biscuits, dried banana, toffee and orange.
Finish: Long with more nutmeg and an oakiness.
