Producers Note:  3-years finish in first fill Oloroso sherry cask. 

Nose: Sweet and tangy fruity notes, with a hint of fresh sliced orange, tangy citrus livens the nose up from the moment you pour this dram out, with tropical fruits and hints of sweet charred oak, damson jam, with a pinch of black and red peppers. 

Palate: With a creamy fruity opening to the palate it comes as a nice surprise to find a rather tempting richness, with sharp and tangy fruits, spices and fresh stem ginger, melon and lime, black tangy cherries really push the taste forward on the palate, with ginger and honey adding a little mellowness in the mid palate, With a tangy rich and very flavoursome finish this is a great after dinner dram.
