Nose: Dark chocolate and rich dark fruitcake mix, cookies and dark fruit jelly, toffee and damson, pepper and charred oak, warming sweet spices, leather and tobacco leaf, sultana and fig’s
Palate: Smooth opening of chocolate sponge, whipped cream and soft strawberry jam doughnuts, as this dram opens we find some pomegranate and dry spices, hints of malt loaf and soft ginger, lingering smooth and spicy through to the finish.
