One of those whiskies we have all enjoyed and loved so much over the years reached its 185 Anniversary, to mark the event a special release came out with its 185 years proudly printed on the label and box
Nose: The sherry cask notes we all love are here in abundance, old style goodness with red berries and dark red apples and damson and dark chocolate.
Palate: has all the rich sherried flavours from the nose, some hints of caramel and honey, dates and raisin coated with milk chocolate.
This dram is one that remain fresh and vibrant in the glass.
