Glenallachie 12 Year Old matured in Spanish Quercus Robur oak casks with an ABV of 48% 

Nose: Lots of classic aromas to be found here with this superb dram from Glenallachie, soft vanilla, honey and some zesty citrus notes, warm fresh baked sponge with a hint of desiccated coconut, a little spice and banana bread. 

Palate: Old School palate that's both satisfying and refreshing in many ways, Spices and oak mingle seamlessly, honey and soft citrus grow in the glass as this dram opens up. Classic coconut and hints of ginger snaps with a warming lingering finish.
