Nose: Some sweet crisp notes of cereal and honey, Hints of a sharp aroma come in with citrus and lemon oil. Floral notes with a rich sweet summer fruit cocktail. A slight sweet yellow pepper aroma adds some interesting depth to the nose.
Palate: Before we hit the sweet summer fruits we found on the nose it was a rich and dry opening with some floral notes, some honey and dried spice, floral again with honeysuckle leading to a superbly rich fruity note of pineapple and syrup with a little lemon and peach, French patisseries and almonds coated with milk chocolate.
